Boxing for fitness is a growing trend across the US, and now it's coming to Lafayette. BoxFit is a non-contact for of fitness exercise that will work every muscle as well as provide an intense cardio workout.

Just like any cardio session, boxing comes with stress-relieving benefits. However, this workout allows you to bring your anxiety, anger, and frustration and unleash them on a variety of punching bags.

Mondays 5:00pm

BEAT BOX is 12 rounds of boxing to the music. Each round is a song that you will box to the beat of the song.

Wednesdays 5:00pm

Thursdays 10:00am, 6:30pm & 8:00pm

Fridays 6:00pm

Saturdays 9:30am

A Cross Training that will involve boxing as well as working with other equipment in the gym.

Mondays 3:30pm

In this class we are focused on the boxing. 12 three minute rounds.
